Shipping Information

Your order will usually ship from our warehouse no later than the next business day after the time your order is placed on our website--except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Current 'Fedex Air' / 'USPS' shipping rates + handling apply. You will be notified via e-mail when items are shipped and provided a tracking number for your convenience.

When ordering, please provide your telephone number with area code and your complete Authorized Billing Address currently on file with your credit card company including ZIP Code and apartment number. Authorized Billing information and a functioning e-mail address is required for processing to take place and to avoid delays.

*First Time Orders: The shipping department will only release a package to an authorized 'Bill To' Address on first time orders. Please ensure that your 'Ship To' Address is the same as your 'Bill To' Address.

**All 'APO' orders are considered a special priority and will be readily filled.

International Orders are normally sent Express and may have added shipping and insurance costs. You will be sent a notification of the additional cost when applicable. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and import fees.

Cancellations or items returned as undeliverable are subject to
